Wheat, whose oldest evidence dates back 10,000 years, is the second oldest grain after barley. Approximately 5,000 different wheat varieties are available worldwide, and the wheat is cultivated on an area of approximately 220 million hectares.

Corn is one of the crops that has been farmed for many years. Its homeland is the American continent, and it is known to spread all over the world from there. Around 1600, it came to İstanbul from Egypt through Syria under the name of "Egyptian corn". 

It is a plant species whose homeland is India. It is an annual plant by the duration of its growth. It is planted in the spring and harvested by hand or by machines from August to October.

In the textile industry, cotton is not used with its seed. The fibres are separated from the core by a ginning machine. 

Barley, which is one of the Gramineae, is a grain plant used as malt and feed. In Turkey, 90% of the consumption is used as animal feed, and the rest is used as malting in the beer industry and the food industry.

Sunflower seeds are the fruit of the sunflower. The sunflower belongs to the daisy family and is a yellow-flowered agricultural plant grown for its seeds and oil. Sunflower is one of the most important oil plants in the world and in Turkey. In Turkey, it is mostly grown in the Marmara Region and is dense in the Thrace Region. Sunflower oil takes first place among the preferred vegetable oils in terms of edible quality.

It belongs to the family of legumes and is a one-year herbaceous agricultural plant 1-1.5 meters tall.

Its homeland in the Far East. It is known as a type of legume native to East Asia. It is a food source that has spread from East Asia to Europe to different continents, and has managed to enter the cuisine of the entire world. Moreover, soy has been preferred as it contains a very high protein content compared to other vegetables.

The shell that forms the outermost part of the wheat is called the wheat bran. Washed and dried wheat is ground in the mill, and this crustacean part, which is separated from the wheat, is as healthy and valuable as wheat flour.

The wheat bran has much more fibre in it than the wheat itself. Wheat bran is especially rich in vitamins of group B. 

A sunflower meal is called the pulp, which occurs by grinding the remaining product after removing the oil from the sunflower seeds in their whole state.

Sunflower meal is of great importance in animal husbandry and is often used as compound feed. It is a type of feed that can be used not only for people who are engaged in the dairy and fattening business, but also for those who are engaged in the poultry business. 

Soybean meal is a feed type obtained from soybeans. Soybeans are crushed into thin pieces. It is a vegetable-based feed that is extracted after being separated from its fat and has very high values of protein. In addition, the soybean meal contains a high proportion of amino acids in its contents, and thus helps support other concentrated feeds by mixing with other feeds. 

Another type of meal, the cotton meal, is also used as feed for animals.

Its high protein values, fats and vitamins (A, D, E) increase meat and milk yield. Additionally, it increases the milk quality. Since it is produced at a high temperature, it does not contain bad organisms such as viruses, bacteria, microbes, fungi, and toxic substances; 

Sunflower oil is a vegetable oil obtained from the seeds of the sunflower plant with a light-yellow colour and a mild taste.

It contains a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids and is commonly used for nutritional purposes.

Soybean oil derived from soybeans is a type of oil that is odourless, mildly sweet, and vegetable-based.

In addition to vitamins B, K, D, and A, which are in its compound, there are many valuable minerals such as magnesium, zinc, iron and copper.

Soybean oil is used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and paint industries.
