Sunflower Oil

Sunflower oil is a vegetable oil obtained from the seeds of the sunflower plant with a light-yellow colour and a mild taste.

It contains a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids and is commonly used for nutritional purposes.

It is used in the kitchen as indispensable cooking oil, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry and for industrial purposes. In the industrial field, it is mostly used in the paint industry. Vegetable-based oils are generally the most valuable of the nutritional oils. In addition, it is also used in biodiesel production and the pharmaceutical industry.

Sunflower oil is one of the four most produced vegetable-based oils in the world.
