Murat İçcan, Chairman of the Özova Group Board of Directors, brought Al Farabi University to Turkey. The businessman, who is also the Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan, recently signed an official protocol with the university’s rector, Prof. Dr. Canseyit Tüymebayev, in Kazakhstan.
