Ozova Group Chairman of the Board Mr. Murat İçcan brought Al Farabi University to Turkey. The businessman, who is also the Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan, recently met with the rector of the university, Prof. Dr. Canseyit Tüymebayev and signed an official protocol in Kazakhstan.
