Murat İçcan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Özova Group, a leading agricultural company in Hatay, announced yesterday that they have begun purchasing wheat.

Murat İçcan stated: Farmers expressed their satisfaction with Özova Group and expressed their hope for a high-quality and productive harvest. The Özova Group statement emphasized that agriculture is one of the primary livelihoods of the region’s people, and that wheat is of utmost importance to the region. As in previous years, Özova Group harvested its first wheat harvest this year, and I wish all farmers a fruitful harvest.

Mete İçcan stated: “Every harvest season, we purchase the region’s first crop for a symbolic price. We hope this brings joy to the farmers of the Plains. We have rolled up our sleeves for the first harvest, which is carried out under coronavirus measures. May it bring good luck.” He said.
